DENSO Robotics offers a wide range of compact four axis SCARA and five and six axis articulated robots for payloads of up to 20 kg, with reaches from 350 to 1,300 mm and repeatability to within ±0.015 mm. Standard, Class 10 and Class 100 cleanroom, and IP65 dust and mistproof models are available. ANSI and CE compliance enables global deployment. UL-listed models are available for both the U.S. and Canada.
Easy to use programming software, controllers and teaching pendants are also offered. The company's offline programming software, which features 3-D simulation, also allows remote monitoring of robot operations.

VS-Series 6-Axis Articulated Robots
The new DENSO VS-Series six-axis articulated robots offer the world’s highest speed and precision for their class. Their design, which is even more compact than previous models, features ultraslim arms to facilitate integration and an optional bottom-side cable connection that saves valuable floor space. The robots can be mounted on the floor, ceiling or wall with no special hardware needed. An extremely high maximum allowable moment of inertia enables more flexible end-effector designs and a wider range of applications than conventional robots. In addition, a new internal wiring option allows users to easily connect Gigabit Ethernet devices and servo grippers directly to the flange, preventing cables from becoming tangled or interfering with peripheral equipment. A new IP67 dust- and splashproof protection option enables the robots to resist cutting chips and high-pressure washing, extending their application range. ANSI and CE safety compliance allows global deployment.

Multi-Direction Task 5 & 6 Axis Robots
Five- and six-axis VP, VS and VM Series of vertically articulated robots combine the fastest speed in their class with very high repeatability. In addition, they feature a compact design and small footprint that saves valuable space and simplifies integration. Despite their small size, however, these robots are very powerful. Their maximum allowable moment of inertia is significantly higher than conventional robots, enabling greater flexibility in end-effector designs and a wider range of applications. Like all DENSO robots, the VP, VS and VM Series are ANSI and CE compliant, making them suitable for global deployment.

Complete range of four-axis robots
Four-axis HS and HM Series horizontally articulated robots feature high speed, outstanding repeatability and a large payload-handling capacity, allowing them to accommodate a broad range of applications. They are also very powerful, with a high maximum moment of inertia that permits a wide range of end effectors. Both the HS and HM Series robots are available in standard or dust- and mistproof (IP65) configurations. In addition, the HM Series robots are available in cleanroom configurations. Like all DENSO robots, the HS and HM Series are ANSI and CE compliant, making them suitable for global deployment.
