PC-Based Control Platform
The implementation of the WINPC32® is performed by our field proven, industrially rugged, PC based NODE computers together with touch screen based flat panel display and a complete line of industrial grade I/O boards for process and motion controls. The brain of a NODE computer is a long life supplied industrial CPU board, ranging from AMD Geode LX800 to Intel Core 2 Duo, packed in a rugged 4 or 8 slots card cage. All the I/O boards have been verified under high heat, high electrical noisy environment and are designed to be secured on both sides of the front end of the card rack. This will bring reliable bus contact against vibration and easy installation. The Flat Panel Display (FPD) is an hareware component for operator interface and the "soft" HMI function is actually running in the NODE computer.
