NSK uses the highest quality materials, proven techniques and superior manufacturing equipment and maintains the highest possible quality control standards covering every aspect of the manufacturing process. NSK ball screws are precision machined, assembled, and inspected in a constant temperature-controlled environment ensuring the highest precision and quality. Every ball screw is subject to laser measured dimensional inspection, torque measurement and sound testing. High quality vacuumed degassed steel ensures even hardening; specialized heat treating procedures stabilize lead accuracy and suppress aging deformation. Special materials coatings and lubricants for harsh environments are available.

Linear Guides


NSK recirculating roller ball linear guides are designed to assure smooth travel and superior rigidity.Linear guides deliver greater rigidity and higher load capacity than shaft and bushing designs NSK linear guides are available off-the-shelf in a selection of accuracies, pre-loads, coatings and lubricants.

Monocarriers

The NSK Monocarrier combines the benefits of ball screws with the load carrying function of linear guides available for standard, maintenance-free and high-rigidity applications.

  • Cold drawn steel channel rail with ball tracks ground in each wall which surround a screw shaft

  • Carries one or more carriages containing a ball screw nut in a load carrying platform
